Physical items including journals, printed workbooks, and other merchandise shipped to your address.

3. Registration and User Conduct

Users must provide accurate details and comply with all guidelines. Prohibited actions include misuse of content, disruption of services, or any action that harms the experience of others.

4. Pricing and Payment

All fees are quoted in USD. Full payment is required before access to any service, digital product, or physical item. We use secure methods to process transactions.

5. Refund Policy

At Virella, we strive for satisfaction. The following outlines our policy:

5.1 Live Services

If you request a change at least 48 hours before a scheduled session, you may reschedule without an additional fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior are not eligible for a refund due to allocation of instructor resources. Sessions that begin on time are not eligible for any refund once in progress.

5.2 Info Products

Digital products may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed. To request a refund, please use our contact form. Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 14 business days.

5.3 Goods

Physical items can be platformd or refunded within 30 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. To arrange an platform or refund, please use our contact form. Once we receive and inspect the item, an approved refund will be credited to the original method of payment within 14 business days.
